摘　　要：综合研究近些年相关文献,就新生代农民工职业转换问题的提出背景、内涵、影响因素与路径,职业转换依赖于职业教育消费,以及职业教育服务促进新生代农民工职业转换研究脉络及研究展望等方面进行文献梳理与相关理论成果综述,最后展望新生代农民工职业转换与职业教育研究趋势,为研究界进行理论、实证等相关研究提供借鉴与参考。This paper synthesizes the relevant literature in recent years, discusses the research background, connotation, influencing factors and paths, and research context of vocational education serving promotion of vocational transformation of the new generation migrant workers and expresses the research trends existing from the literature review for recent years. This paper provides reference for the research community to carry out the relevant in-depth research.
