摘　　要：党的十八大报告将"立德树人"作为教育的根本任务。文章从分析"德"的内涵入手,试图围绕社会主义核心价值观这个中心,以教师队伍建设和学生培养为着力点,强调以敢为人先的理念"树"创新之人,以马克思主义人才观为指导"树"社会主义全面发展之人,从而提出在高校做好"立德树人"工作的有效路径。The Report of the 18th CPC national congress set the moral education as the fundamental task of education. From the analysis of the connotation of "DE", this paper firstly tries to emphasize the vital role the theory of socialist core values played in instructing the educators and the students. Secondly, the paper has stressed that the higher education in China will encourage college students to become pioneers in innovation fields and fully developed persons according to the talents view of Marxism. Finally, an effective path of implementing the moral education in colleges and universities was put forward and discussed.
