摘　　要：地方院校在商科人才的培养上,既要着眼于国际大视野,培养具有国际竞争力的专业人才,同时更应该注重人才培养的本土化意识,立足本土企业人才需求,突出地方商科教育的个性化特点,为地方经济发展服务。赣商文化在这方面具有得天独厚的优势,一方面,赣商文化为地方院校商科人才培养提供丰富的土壤、根基,是商科人才培养的精神动力和思想源泉;另一方面,通过赣商文化的涵养与熏陶成长起来的新一代商科人才,会反哺赣商文化,为其增加新的元素和色彩,丰富其精神实质和内核。In the training of business talents, local colleges and universities should focus on the internationalvision and cultivate professional talents with international competitiveness.At the same time, they should pay more attention to the awareness of localization, the talent needs of local enterprises and the individualized characteristics of education in order to serve the local economic development. The Gan merchant culture has unique advantages in this respect. On the one hand, the Gan merchant culture provides a rich soil and foundation for the cultivation of business talents in local colleges and universities. It is the spiritual driving force and source of thought for the training of business talents. On the other hand, through the culture of Gan merchants, the new generation of business talents that have been cultivated and edified will feed back the culture of the Gan merchants, add new elements and colors, and enrich their spiritual essence and core.
