“双一流”背景下财经类高校学科发展的现状与推进路径研究——基于财经类高校“十三五”规划文本的分析

摘　　要：财经类高校在学科规划上能够创新学科发展机制,分层次制定学科建设规划,重点扶持优势学科并围绕优势学科打造学科群。但财经类高校的学科建设与专业建设相互分离,研究生教育规划有待完善,更缺乏站在经济变革的大趋势下的宏观战略思考。在当前"双一流"政策的指引下,财经类高校应强化学科建设的战略性思考,发挥特色学科优势,确立优先发展学科领域,对接地方经济发展需求,同时加强一流学科规划的执行力。In terms of faculty development plan,universities of finance and economics can improve mechanisms of academic discipline development,formulate development plans at different levels,give priority to competitive academic units,and build academic clusters around these units.However,in universities of finance and economics,development of subjects is going against that of discipline,and their plan for postgraduate education needs to be improved.These universities are also lack of strategic thinking under the backdrop of economic reform.Under the guidance of the current "double first-rate" plan,universities of finance and economics should give a strategic outlook to development of academic discipline,give full play to the its characteristic disciplines,define disciplines which should be given top priority,and match the needs of local economic development.At the same time,universities should implement the plan of first-class discipline.
