摘　　要：护理管理者对医院的整体服务质量及管理水平至关重要。作者综述了国内外护理管理者继任计划的现状,包括护理管理岗位继任标准、岗前培训内容及形式、管理能力测评工具等,旨在为我国护理管理人才梯队的建设提供借鉴。This ptiper reviewed the present nursing manager succession planning at home andabroad, covering the succession standard of nursing managers, the content and form of pre-job training, andthe evaluation tool of management ability. These efforts aim to provide references for the construction ofnursing management talents teams in China.
