消化内科护士对主动脉夹层的认知与态度的研究

摘　　要：目的了解消化内科护士对主动脉夹层相关知识的认知与态度的现状,分析影响认知的因素。方法采用便利抽样法,于2018年4—5月选取无锡市4所三级甲等医院的227名消化内科护士为研究对象,采用自行设计的主动脉夹层相关知识与态度调查问卷对护士进行调查。采用单因素分析和多元线性回归分析消化内科护士对主动脉夹层认知的影响因素。结果消化内科护士对主动脉夹层认知与态度的得分分别为(48.04±16.48)分和(37.41±9.63)分,主动脉夹层知识总分60~80分者占33.48%(76/227);总分>80分者占2.64%(6/227)。单因素分析显示,不同文化程度、消化内科工作年限、职称、是否护理或遇到过主动脉夹层患者及是否学习过主动脉夹层的消化内科护士的主动脉夹层知识得分差异有统计学意义(t/F值分别为13.42、10.02、12.09、-17.81、-7.64;P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,消化内科工作年限、是否护理过主动脉夹层患者、是否学习过主动脉夹层知识是消化内科护士对主动脉夹层认知的影响因素。结论目前消化内科护士对主动脉夹层相关知识掌握水平较低,医学院校和护理管理者要重视主动脉夹层相关知识的传授,重视岗前培训和护理查房,为护士提供更多外出参加学术会议的机会,提高消化内科护士主动脉夹层的认知水平与护理能力,减少主动脉夹层病死率或改善患者预后。Objective To understand the cognition and attitude on aortic dissection related knowledge among gastroenterology department nurses and to analyze the influencing factors of cognition.Methods From April 2018 to May 2018,we selected 227 gastroenterology department nurses from four ClassⅢGrade A hospitals in Wuxi City as subjects by convenience sampling.All of the nurses were investigated with the self-designed aortic dissection related knowledge and attitude questionnaire.Univariate analysis and multiple linear regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of aortic dissection cognition of gastroenterology department nurses.Results The scores of aortic dissection cognition and attitude of gastroenterology department nurses were(48.04±16.48)and(37.41±9.63)respectively with total score 60-80 of aortic dissection knowledge in 33.48%(76/227)of them and total score>80 in 2.64%(6/227)of them.Univariate analysis showed that there were statistical differences in the scores of aortic dissection knowledge of gastroenterology department nurses with different education levels,working life in gastroenterology department,positional titles,whether provided nursing for or encountered aortic dissection patients,whether learned about aortic dissection knowledge(t/F=13.42,10.02,12.09,-17.81,-7.64;P<0.05).Multiple linear regression showed that the influencing factors of aortic dissection cognition of gastroenterology department nurses included working life in gastroenterology department,whether provided nursing for aortic dissection patients and whether learned about aortic dissection knowledge.Conclusions Gastroenterology department nurses have a low level of aortic dissection related knowledge.Medical schools and nursing managers should pay attention to imparting aortic dissection related knowledge,pre-service training and nursing round so as to provide more opportunities for nurses to go out to attend academic conferences,improve the aortic dissection cognition and nursing competency of gastroenterology department nur
