摘　　要：目的研究孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)男童社交技能结构特点及其与血清睾酮的相关性。方法对2016年3月至2017年12月在深圳罗湖区妇幼保健院就诊的200名4～11岁ASD男童及从该地区所属幼儿园和小学招募的正常对照男童,进行血清睾酮检测,用马特森儿童社会技能评价量表(MESSY)评估社交技能中适当社交行为、敌对社交行为及不恰当自信/过度自信等3个维度。用儿童同理心-系统化商数问卷(EQ-SQ)评估共情商(EQ)和系统化商(SQ)。分析MESSY量表结果与血清睾酮水平及共情能力的相关性。结果 ASD男童社交技能明显差于正常儿童(t=5.83,P<0.01),适当行为少于正常儿童(t=2.60,P<0.05),敌对行为以及不恰当自信/过度自信行为多于正常儿童,差异均有显著性。ASD儿童不恰当自信/过度自信行为与共情呈负相关(r=-0.28,P<0.05),与睾酮水平呈正相关(r=0.33,P<0.05),适当行为和敌对行为与共情和睾酮水平无明显相关(均P<0.05)。结论 ASD男童具有较多的不恰当自信/过度自信行为以及敌对行为等社交障碍,并且受睾酮水平和共情能力影响,需在治疗中加以重视。Objective To study the structural characteristics of social skills of boys with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their correlation with serum testosterone level.Methods Serum testosterone level of 200 boys aged 4-11 with ASD and that of normal control boys were tested,and the Matson evaluation of social skills with youngsters (MESSY) was used to assess three dimensions of social skills: appropriate social behavior,hostile social behavior,and inappropriate self-confidence/overconfidence.The empathy quotient (EQ) and systemizing quotient (SQ) of the boys were assessed with the children’s empathy quotient and systemizing quotient (the Children EQ-SQ).The correlation between the results of the MESSY questionnaire and the serum testosterone level and empathy ability was analyzed.Results The social skills of boys with ASD were significantly worse ( t =5.83, P <0.01),appropriate actions were less ( t =2.60, P <0.05),and the hostile social behavior and inappropriate confidence/overconfidence behavior were more than normal boys with significant differences.The inappropriate confidence/overconfidence behavior was negatively correlated with empathy ability of ASD boys ( r =-0.28, P <0.05) but positively correlated with testosterone level ( r =0.33, P <0.05).Appropriate behavior and hostility were not significantly correlated with empathy and testosterone levels (both P < 0.05).Conclusion ASD boys have more inappropriate confidence/overconfidence behavior and hostile behavior,and their behavior are influenced by testosterone levels and empathy capacity,which needs caution in the treatment.
