摘 要:近年来,随着我国经济水平和国际化的不断发展,来华留学生数量不断攀升。各大高校的中外合作办学蓬勃发展,办学规模、办学层次、办学模式不断扩大和提升。高等教育国际化给地方高校的发展带来了机遇与挑战,很多地方高校在教育国际化发展领域存在着趋同化和移植部委属高校的发展模式,因此我国地方高校在国际化发展方面普遍缺乏竞争力。在这样的大环境下,作为教育工作者深入了解海外来华留学生在中国地方高校的适应状况,从而寻求出帮助异文化背景下成长的高校学子在东道国消除文化偏见与隔膜的有效方法显得尤为重要。文章以笔者工作的上饶师范学院为例,通过对上饶师范学院的中泰合作办学项目中的40名泰国武里南皇家大学留学生进行调查和访谈,通过了解泰国留学生在中国地方高校的适应状况,探讨如何改善和促进国内地方高校的沟通管理机制,从而帮助外国留学生更好适应中国文化、学习及生活。With the continuous development of China's economic level and internationalization in recent years, the number of overseas students in China has been increasing. In all major universities, the cooperation between Chinese and foreign universities have flourished, and the scale, level and pattern of running schools have come to expansion and promotion. The internationalization of higher education has brought opportunities and challenges to the development of local colleges and universities. Many local colleges, in the field of educational internationalization, imitate and transplant the development pattern of the universities deployed by the Ministry of Education. Therefore, local colleges and universities in China are generally lacking competitiveness in the development of internationalization. Under such an environment, it attaches much importance for educators to have a deep understanding of the adaptation of overseas students in the local universities in China and to find out the effective methods to help college students make progress under different culture background to eliminate cultural prejudice and disconnection in the host country. Taking Shangrao Normal University-the author's workplace for example, in this research, people can explore how to improve and promote the communication management mechanism of local universities, and help foreign students to better adapt to Chinese culture, study and life, through the investigation and interview of 40 students from Buriram Rajabhat University in the China-Thailand cooperatively-run education project with Shangrao Normal University.
