校企组合生产性实训基地的建设实践与研究

摘　　要：为了适应职业教育人才培养目标,高职院校通过校企组合模式不断改造校内实验实训基地,以实现"产学研"一体化的教育教学模式改革。营口职业技术学院积极探索校企合作校内生产性实训基地建设的新模式,使实验实训教学环节更加接近于生产实际,缩短学校教育与就业需求之间的距离,实现学业与就业之间的无缝对接。In order to adapt to the talent training goal of vocational education, higher vocational colleges continuously transform the campus experimental training bases by adopting the school-enterprise combination mode, in order to realize the integrated education teaching mode of "production, education and research". Yingkou Vocational and Technical College actively explores a new mode for the construction of productive training bases in the college-enterprise cooperation, so that the teaching process of experimental training will be closer to production practice, and the distance between education and employment demand will be shortened, so as to achieve a seamless connection between study and employment.
