工匠精神在传统中医临床实习带教的应用

摘　　要：首先立足中医临床,从尊师重道、尚巧、心斋、创新方面深刻阐述了"工匠精神"的内涵,后在此基础上探讨了"工匠精神"在中医临床实习带教中的运用问题,认为"工匠精神"作为一种实践精神,培养出来的具有匠心的传统中医接班人能撑起中医的这一片天,可见,"工匠精神"对于中医药人才的培养具有积极的时代意义。Firstly,the author deeply elaborated the connotation is the Artisan Spirit,from the honouring teachers,skill,inner world,the innovation aspect,bases on the TCM clinical.Then,the application of Artisan Spirit was discussed and applied in the teaching of clinical practice in TCM.The Artisan Spirit as a kind of practical spirit cultivates the traditional Chinese medicine successor has the ingenuity,can prop up the traditional Chinese medicine this piece of day,and has the positive epoch significance to the traditional Chinese medicine talented person's cultivation.
