摘  要:固体发动机由众多部件组成,并且各部件的可靠性分布均不相同,若要全面评定发动机结构可靠性,则需要较大的子样数。因此,采用全尺寸、全系统试验来全面评定发动机可靠性的方法是行不通的。为了解决此问题,提出利用发动机的基础组件的可靠性数据,建立发动机系统的金字塔模型,再通过数据等效折算,将各组件不同分布的可靠性试验数据折算成成败型数据,采用L-M法综合评定了某型固体发动机可靠性。Solid rocket motor(SRM) is composed of many components, and the reliability distribution of each component is different.If comprehensively evaluate the reliability of SRM structure, a large number of sub-samples would be needed.Therefore, it is not feasible to use full-size and whole-system tests to comprehensively evaluate the reliability of SRM. In order to solve this problem, a pyramid model of SRM was established by using the reliability data of the basic components of SRM, and then the test data of each component was converted into the success or failure data through equivalent conversion. L-M method had been adopted to comprehensively evaluate the reliability of a SRM.
