国外高等职业教育专业设置与发展及其启示

摘　　要：高等职业教育发达的国家在高等职业教育专业设置与发展方面体现出规范有序、体系完善、机制健全等特点。其专业设置紧随区域经济变化和产业发展,职业导向性突出;专业延伸形成了纵向衔接、横向沟通的体系,实现了普职教育融合发展;在法律保障方面,内容比较全面、层次比较合理、方式注重效果。借鉴其经验,我国高等职业教育的专业设置与职业岗位(群)衔接上应进一步融合;在专业设置依据上应与经济产业结构发展进一步契合;在专业设置过程中应增加参与方的参与度;在专业设置流程上增强规范性;在专业设置发展方向上应结合社会发展适度超前;在专业体系建设上应实现进一步延伸。The countries with developed higher vocational education reflect the standardization,orderly system and sound mechanism in the specialty setting of higher vocational education.their specialty settings closely follows regional economic changes and industrial development,and has a prominent career orientation.The extended specialties also has formed a system of vertical connection and horizontal communication.and realized the integration and development of general education and vocational education.In the aspect of legal protection,the content is more comprehensive,the level is more reasonable,and the way pays attention to the effect.Drawing on its experience,the higher vocational education in China should be further integrated with the professional positions(groups).On the basis of specialty setting,it should be further consistent with the development of economic and industrial structure.The participation of participants should be increased in the process of specialty setting;Standardization idea should be strengthened in the process of specialty setting.In the development direction of specialty setting,moderate advance should be combined with social development,and the specialty system should be further extended.
