摘  要:技术的每一次革新都直接或间接地带来了教育的深刻变革。人工智能时代,教育也面临着新的机遇。论文从机器人执教的现象提出问题:人工智能时代教师职业是否消亡还是转型?通过分析人工智能对未来教育的冲击与变革,探讨未来教师角色的重新定位并做出了回答,未来教师职业不会消亡,而且会更加重要。人工智能时代,教师的专业发展也要与时俱进,论文从教师需要关注未来社会的发展、培养多元化教学能力、注重人文关怀、加强人机协作、促进学生全面发展等几个方面对人工智能时代教师的专业发展进行了思考与建议。Every technological innovation in the human history has directly or indirectly lead to profound transformation of the education. In the age of artificial intelligence, the education field is also facing new opportunities. This paper, after observing the situations of robot teaching, tries to answer the question: will human teaching gradually die out or transform in the age of artificial intelligence? By analyzing the impact and transforms brought by artificial intelligence on future education, this paper answers the question of teacher positioning in the future: teacher will not die out and teachers will even become more important. In the age of artificial intelligence, teachers' professional development shall also follow the step of the age. The paper focuses on the professional development of teachers in the age of artificial intelligence from the following aspects: attention on future social development, fostering of multiple teaching ability, unification between “teaching” and “fostering”, collaboration between human teacher and robot teacher and promotion of students’ comprehensive ability.
