摘　　要：职业教育对人才培养质量进行评价的方式分为多种,教师评价、成绩评价及学生自主评价都属于比较常见的种类。但上述评价指标具有一定限制性,仅能在特定时间段内使用。为了以更加宏观的角度完成人才培养质量的评价,需以构建质量评价指标体系作为核心思路,对职业教育人才的评价指标重新构建。There are many ways for vocational education to evaluate talent cultivation quality, and the quite common ones include teacher evaluation, achievement evaluation and student independent evaluation. However, these evaluation indicators are limited, because they can only be used in a specific period of time. In order to take evaluation on talent training quality from more macroscopic perspectives, it is necessary to reconstruct the evaluation index of vocational talents by taking the construction of quality evaluation index system as the core idea.
