摘 要:加强焊接专业课程建设与改革,培养不同层次焊接专业技术人才,是我国职业教育面临的重要课题。从焊接专业课程的内容和培养概况入手,针对当前焊接专业课程建设和改革中存在的问题,如课程结构设置不科学、实训教学效果不佳、忽视学生差异、教师专业指导能力不强,等等,进行分析,提出改革专业教学体系的有效措施,以培养适应社会和市场需要的高素质、高技能的实用型焊接专业技术人才。Strengthening the construction and reform of welding professional courses and training different levels of welding professional and technical personnel is an important issue faced by China’s vocational education. Starting from the content and general situation of training of welding professional courses, this paper analyses the problems existing in current construction and reform of welding professional courses, such as unscientific curriculum structure, poor effect of practical teaching, neglect of students’ differences and weak ability of teachers’ professional guidance, and puts forward effective measures to reform the professional teaching system so as to cultivate high quality talents who meet the needs of society and market.
