应用型本科建筑工程估价课程教学方法探析

摘　　要：介绍了教学内容和教学条件,要建立工程造价实训基地,配置专用机房,安装相关软件。分析了课程的教学方法:与实践紧密结合,以典型的工程项目为案例组织教学。阐述了"学—算—对—学"教学法的应用。论述了BIM技术在建筑工程估价系列课程中的应用,可以更加准确、直观地反映出在某一时间、区间内的估价计价量,分析出工程各阶段的工程量和工程款项去向。This paper introduces the teaching contents and conditions. It is necessary to establish a training base for engineering cost, allocate special computer rooms and install relevant software. This paper analyses the teaching methods of the course: combining closely with practice, organizing teaching with typical project as a case. This paper expounds the application of “learning-calculating-pairing-learning” teaching method. It expounds the application of BIM technology in the series of courses of construction engineering evaluation, which can more accurately and intuitively reflect the valuation amount in a certain period of time and interval, and analyze the quantity and the direction of the project funds in each stage of the project.
