摘  要:文章针对二级斜齿圆柱齿轮减速传动,建立了一个包含时变啮合刚度、齿轮侧隙、齿轮偏心、轴承刚度、轴弯扭刚度和动态传递误差的42个自由度斜齿轮转子耦合传动系统,利用Runge-Kutta法对系统方程进行了求解,分析了输入转速、输入转矩和齿轮螺旋角变化对系统动态特性的影响。研究结果表明:由于存在陀螺效应,齿轮转子系统的高频模态频率随转速变化较大,螺旋角增大会导致模态频率减小,高速传动中轮齿啮合力较大,而且在高速传动中或者较小外载荷作用时齿轮转子更易出现脱齿和背冲现象。This paper presents a two-stage helical cylindrical gear rotor system,which has 42 degrees of freedom and includes time-varying mesh stiffness,backlash,gear eccentricity,bearing stiffness,torsional stiffness of shaft,bending stiffness of shaft and dynamic transmission error.A mathematical model of two-stage helical gear reduction units is introduced for the contributions of the input speed,the input torque and the change of gear helix angle to the dynamic behaviour.The dynamic equations are solved by using Runge-Kutta method.The results indicate that the modal frequencies of high frequency vary monotonically with rotate speed due to the gyro effect.The increasing spiral angle will cause that the modal frequencies decrease and the meshing force could rise in the high-speed transmission.The mesh-apart and impact of the tooth surface could be easy to occur in high-speed transmission or under the condition of small loads.
