摘  要:东南欧地区创业教育发展动因需要放在欧洲一体化进程之中进行分析,主要包含自身经济发展需要以及加入欧盟的政治诉求两个方面。发展战略主要从三个方向展开:一是建立区域性创业教育专门机构"东南欧创业学习中心",确保发展动力;二是在正规教育各阶段开展战略试点,拓宽发展广度;三是大力开发"创业学习一揽子计划"学习工具,延展发展深度。在发展的过程中形成了创业教育战略导向"欧盟化"和"区域化",各教育阶段学习结果递进发展以及创业教师职前教育与职后教育相衔接三大特点。The development motivations of Entrepreneurship education in South East Europe should be analyzed in the context of European integration, mainly includeding its own demands of economic development and the political demands of joining the European Union. The development strategy is mainly carried out in the following three aspects. First, establish a regional educational institution of entrepreneurship " South East European Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning", to ensure that there are strong driving forces in the development of entrepreneurship education. Second, set up a pilot project at all levels of education to promote the extent of development. Third, vigorously exploit the " Entrepreneurial Learning Package" instrument to enlarge the depth of development. In the development progress, it has three characteristics: strategic orientation of entrepreneurship education being deeply influenced by European Union and regional integrated, linking up the results of entrepreneurial learning at various educational stages, and connecting with pre-service and post-service education of teachers who work on entrepreneurial education.
