摘  要:近年来,浙江通过完善相关政策体系、加大资助补助政策力度、创新激励评价与选拔、优化人才成长发展环境等途径,加强了对科技人才创新创业的激励,但尚存在一些亟待解决的突出问题。未来浙江要通过政策机制的改革突破,以响应科技人才创新创业的新诉求,真正让科技人才成为浙江高质量发展的引领力量。In recent years, Zhejiang has strengthened the incentive for the innovation and entrepreneurship of scientific and technological talents by improving relevant policy systems, increasing the intensity of subsidy policies, innovation incentive evaluation and selection, and optimizing the growth and development environment for talents, but there are still some problems to be solved. In the future, Zhejiang should make breakthroughs in the reform of policy mechanism to respond to the new demands of innovation and entrepreneurship of scientific and technological talents, so that scientific and technological talents can truly become the leading force for high-quality development in Zhejiang.
