摘　　要：立德树人是高校思政工作的中心环节,高校辅导员作为学生的人生导师与知心朋友,其师德建设是实现立德树人的基本内容。本文通过界定、阐述高校辅导员师德概念与内涵,从高校与辅导员两个维度提出立德树人在高校辅导员师德建设中的重要性,并在立德树人视域下提出了高校辅导员师德建设的策略建议。Moral cultivation is the central link of ideological and political work in colleges and universities. As the life mentors and bosom friends of students, the construction of teachers' ethics is the basic content of moral cultivation. This paper, by defining and expounding the concept and connotation of the ethics of college counselors, puts forward the importance of cultivating the ethics of college counselors in the construction of the ethics of college counselors from the two dimensions of colleges and counselors, and puts forward the strategic Suggestions for the construction of the ethics of college counselors from the perspective of cultivating the ethics of college counselors.
