摘 要:针对双电机同步驱动系统因电机特性、负载变化等因素引起的同步误差问题,对冲压机床自动送料机构双电机驱动系统进行研究.分析了电机的动态特性,找出影响同步控制的因素,为设计同步控制方案提供依据。提出一种基于单神经元PID控制策略,通过改变神经网络的权重系数对PID参数进行实时调节,以解决传统PID无法在线调整的问题。同时,在交叉耦合控制方法的基础上,以丝杠的进给速度、位置误差以及伺服电机的控制电流为控制指标进行仿真分析和实验。研究结果表明:与传统控制方法相比,所用方法能大幅提高两个电机的同步控制精度,有效减小丝杠之间的同步误差,抗干扰能力强,达到设计要求。In view of the synchronization error caused by the characteristics of motor and the change of load,the dual motor drive system of the automatic feeding mechanism of the press machine is studied in this paper.The dynamic characteristics of the servo motor were analyzed,and the factors that affect the synchronous control were found out to provide the basis for designing the synchronous control scheme.A single neuron PID control strategy was proposed to adjust the PID parameters in real time by changing the weight coefficients of the neural network,so as to solve the problem that the traditional PID cannot be adjusted online.At the same time,on the basis of the cross coupling control method,the simulation analysis and experiment were carried out with the feed speed of the screw,the position error and the control current of the servo motor as the control index.The research results show that compared with the traditional control method,the proposed method can greatly improve the synchronous control precision of two motors,effectively reduce the synchronization error between the screw,and the anti-interference ability is strong,and it could meet the design requirements.
