摘　　要：智慧校园与网络思想政治教育具有重要的逻辑渊源,两者统一于立德树人。网络思想政治教育必须主动适应新时代教育信息化的要求,以智慧校园建设为契机着力提升思想政治教育的实效性。然而,网络思想政治教育导向性的削弱、教育时机的滞后性、参与主体身份的不确定性等因素严重影响了其实效性。智慧校园以大数据技术广泛使用为基础,在网络思想政治教育中体现出"精准思政""实时思政""个性思政"的特点,可有效增强网络思想政治教育的实效性。The smart campus and the network ideological and political education are closely connected and are unified in moral construction and talent cultivation.Network ideological and political education must actively adapt to the requirements of education informatization in the new era,and take the construction of the smart campus as an opportunity to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.However,factors such as the weakening of the orientation of network ideological and political education,lag of the timing of education,and the uncertainty of the identity of participating subjects seriously affect the effectiveness.Based on the extensive use of the big data technology,the smart campus reflects features of “accurate”,“real-time”,and “characteristic”in the network ideological and political education,substantially enhancing its effectiveness.
