摘　　要：实践教学是新时代创新型、应用型人才培养的关键环节。本研究在解构新时代市场和社会的休闲体育人才资本需求以及能力本位视阈下的实践教学需要的基础上,嵌入"常态化"理念,形成了涵盖目标、课程、师资、平台、评估等要素的产学研一体化休闲体育专业实践教学"常态化"的人才培养新机制。In the new era,practical teaching is the key link of innovative and applied talent training.On the basis of analyzing the capital demand of leisure sports talents in the new era market and society and the need of practical teaching under the theory of competency standard,this paper embeds the concept of “normalization”,and forms a new mechanism of talent training,which includes the goal,curriculum,teachers,platforms,evaluation and other elements of the practice teaching of the integrated leisure sports major of industry,university and research.
