摘　　要：产学研协同培养研究生有着重要的战略意义和现实价值。文章对北京高校产学研协同培养研究生的运行机制开展调查分析,从合作伙伴遴选、合作路径选择、贯通培养、教学调整、管理保障等五个方面,详细阐述了产学研协同育人机制改革的核心元素和有益经验,并提出理性选择合作伙伴、动态调整培养路径、建立多层面沟通交流机制、推进教学体系优化创新、营造良好政策环境共同构建研究生教育命运共同体的发展建议。Industry 一 university 一 research cooperation in cultivating graduate students has important strategic and practical value. This paper investigates the operation mechanism of industry - university - research cooperation in cultivating graduate students in Beijing universities and elaborates on the core elements and useful experiences from five aspects including partner selection, cooperation path selection, continuous training, teaching adjustment and management support. Then some countermeasures are raised, including selecting the partner rationally, dynamically adjusting the training path, establishing the multilevel communication mechanism, promoting optimization and innovation of the teaching system, and creating the good policy environment to jointly build the community of destiny for postgraduates' education.
