摘  要:近年来出现的倾斜式海流计成本较低、精度较高,但因其固定于海底锚点、测量传感器单一、数据处理方式简单,无法应用于海面浅层水流的流速流向测量。为使其适应海面及浅海测流环境,满足诸如水上运动训练等特定场景的简单化海流测量需求,采用微处理器、惯性测量单元、磁力计以及存储器等器件,设计并制作了一种新型倾斜式浮标海流计原型。该原型利用多传感器姿态融合算法提高测量灵敏度,以减少海面风浪冲击造成的干扰,并通过定标方式得到倾角与流速的对应关系。试验证明,提出的测流理论近似拟合公式具有较高的拟合度,表明了基于此原型设计的海流计用于实际监测的可行性,对未来低成本、轻量级、简单易用的浮标型海流计的研制具有指导性意义,为河海水文观测提供了新的方法。The tilt ocean current meter appeared in recent years is low-cost and high-precision.However,since it is fixed to the seabed anchor,using simple measurement sensor and data processing method,it cannot be applied to the flow velocity and direction measurement of shallow sea water.In order to accommodate surface current measurement and meet the needs of simple current measurement in specific scenarios such as aquatic sports training,a new prototype of tilted buoy current meter has been designed and fabricated using components such as microprocessor,inertial measurement unit,magnetometer and memory.The multi-sensor attitude fusion algorithm is used to improve measurement sensitivity and reduce the interference caused by the impact of wind and waves,and the corresponding relationship between the tilt angle and current velocity is obtained by calibration.The experiment proves that the approximation fitting formula proposed has good fitting performance,which indicates that the prototype is capable to be used in actual monitoring,has guiding significance for the development of low-cost,lightweight and easy-to-use buoy current meter in the future and provides a new method for hydrological observation of rivers and seas.
