摘 要:海上航行补给是海军发展建设中的重要环节,也是舰艇执行远海任务时必要的后勤保障手段。借助于海上补给,可以达到延长舰艇海上逗留时间、增大舰艇作战半径、减少舰艇对军港码头及基地的直接依赖程度的目的。同时,对提高舰艇的远海生存能力,增强舰艇的战斗力产生明显效果,为我国海军实现近海防御向远海防卫的战略型转变提供保障。利用"PID控制"原理设计的舰艇航行补给自动化控制系统为快速安全开展补给作业提供了理论条件,具有一定的军事应用价值。The maritime navigation supply is an important link in the development of the navy,and it is also a necessary logistical support for the ship to carry out the mission of the sea.With the help of sea replenishment,it is possible to extend the time of stay at sea,increase the combat radius of ships,and reduce the direct dependence of ships on military ports and bases.At the same time,it will have a significant effect on improving the ship’s ability to survive in the far-sea and enhance the combat effectiveness of the ship,and provide a guarantee for the strategic transformation of the Chinese navy to achieve offshore defense to the defense of the sea.The ship navigation replenishment designed by the principle of "PID control" provides automatic control system for the rapid and safe replenishment operation,and has certain military application value.
