摘 要:社团作为学生自发、自愿组织的学生组织,是"第二课堂"的典型代表,其活动的开展对于丰富高专院校校园文化,提高人才培养质量有着显著的作用。以泉州幼儿师范高等专科学校(以下简称"泉州幼高专")学前教育专业为例,认真分析研究社团活动对学前教育专业学生专业素养培育的作用和思路,并在此基础之上提出加强管理、规范社团活动的方法,开展加强引导、把握社团活动的导向,结合专业、加深社团活动的深度等社团活动融入学前教育专业学生专业素养培育的路径,促进学前教育专业学生专业素养养成。As spontaneous students’ organization, association is a typical symbol of the second class and plays an important part in the enrichment of campus culture and upgrading of intelligence cultivating quality. Taking preschool education of Quanzhou Preschool Education College for example, the paper analyses the function and roads to improve the students’ professional quality cultivation by association activities and thus puts forward some methods to promote the students professional quality development as follows: holding some activities about career identity to cultivate career conceptual literacy, holding activities about teachers’ moral construction to improve their moral level and holding practical activities to cultivate their professional skills.
