医教协同背景下助产专业实践教学“三元评价体系”探索

摘  要:评价是高职院校内部质量保证体系诊断与改进中的一个重要环节,在实现人材培养目标中起着不可替代的作用。在医教协同背景下,围绕高职助产专业实践教学"三元评价体系"的实施原则、标准、方法、途径和实施要点进行分析,研究构建一套由学校、用人单位、患者三方组成的助产专业实践教学评价体系,对实践教学进行及时反馈调整,有助于不断提高高职助产专业实践教学质量。Evaluation is an important link in the diagnosis and improvement of quality assurance system in higher vocational colleges, which plays an irreplaceable role in the realization of the goal of human resources cultivation. Under the background of medical and educational cooperation , analyzing the implementing principles, standards, methods, ways and key points of the Three-element Evaluation System, this paper studies and explores a set of practical teaching evaluation system for midwifery major in higher vocational colleges, which is composed of school, employer and patient evaluation. It gives feedback and adjustment to the practical teaching of midwifery major in higher vocational colleges in order to improve the practical teaching quality in midwifery specialties.
