摘 要:"以学科为中心"转向"以学生为中心"的办学思维的出现,旨在积极回应我国高校办学者试图将作为大学基本职能的"人才培养"重新置于办学实践的重心这一办学行为。这是对长期以来"学科建设"与"人才培养"之间所形成的相互疏离关系的写照。学科之于大学的特殊意义以及人才培养之于大学的独特意义,决定了"学科建设"与"人才培养"在大学演进历程中形成了稳定的互动逻辑,即基于大学基层学术组织变革的互构共生。旨在增进知识的研究型大学的发展经验表明,其重视通过发挥学科发展与人才培养之间的积极互动影响实现卓越办学,其重视利用学科发展为人才培养构建组织载体和提供制度保障。对于当前高校而言,当务之急在于重建基于学科发展与人才培养良性互动的办学思维,基于二者的互构共生综合设计大学的发展方向和改革路径。大学基层学术组织的变革与重构是践行这一办学思维的关键。The shift of school-running thinking from“discipline-centered”to“student-centered”aims to respond positively to the school-running behavior of Chinese university-running scholars to put“talent training”,the basic function of universities,back at the focus of school-running practice.It is a vivid portrayal of the long-standing alienation between“discipline construction”and“talent cultivation”.The special significance of discipline to university and the unique significance of talent cultivation to university determine the stable interactive logic between“discipline construction”and“talent cultivation”in the course of university evolution,that is,the mutual coexistence based on the transformation of academic organizations at the grass-roots level of the university.The development experience of research universities aiming at enhancing knowledge shows that they attach importance to achieving excellent school-running by exerting the positive interaction between discipline development and talent cultivation,and they attach importance to using discipline development to construct organizational carrier and provide institutional guarantee for talent cultivation.For Chinese universities,it is imperative that they rebuild the thinking of running a university based on the positive interaction between discipline development and talent cultivation,and the development direction and reform path of the university based on the mutual construction and symbiosis of the two.The reform and reconstruction of academic organizations at the grass-roots level is the key to the practice of this school-running thinking.
