摘  要:高等学校是培养人才的载体,高校教师是高校中培养人才的主体,实现高校"教书育人"这一使命,则需要高校教师传承"学为人师,行为示范"的精神。师德是"师"之为"师"的根本度量,三心、三高、三新、三好是高校教师师德建设的具体要求。高校教师应明确职业职责,为国家、社会培养优秀人才。Colleges and universities are the carriers and the teachers are the main body of training talents. To realize the mission of "imparting knowledge and educating people" in colleges and universities, it is necessary for teachers to preach the spirit of " a model for others ". Teachers’ morality is the basic measure of "teacher"."Three hearts, three high, three new and three good" are the specific requirements of teachers’ moral construction. The teachers should clear their professional responsibilities to cultivate the outstanding talents for the country and society.
