摘　　要：针对目前应用型本科院校计算机专业教师队伍存在的问题,结合新工科建设中的发展需求,提出计算机专业校内教师和校外教师相结合的教师队伍建设方案。围绕校内外教师的聘用制度、培养方向、考评机制等方面进行全面阐述,旨在为新工科建设中计算机专业教师队伍的建设提出合理化建议。According to the problems of computer major teachers in applied colleges, proposed a construction plan of the combination of internal teachers and out of school teachers about the computer major teacher teams with demand in the construction of Emerging Engineering Education. Around the teachers, explained employment system, training direction, evaluation mechanism and so on. Proposed the reasonable suggestions for the construction of the computer major teachers under the background of Emerging Engineering Education.
