摘  要:近年来,大学生就业方式呈现出多元化格局,市场创造出的许多新的机会和岗位需要具备创新创业素质的人才去把握和胜任。现阶段,高职教育要解决的基本矛盾是创新型人才供给不足与产业对创新需求旺盛之间的结构性矛盾。基于HZ学院VBSE虚拟商业环境平台,提出"角色模拟合作"人才培养模型,使学生通过任务驱动、角色扮演方式进行实训,以期解决传统财经类课程实践教学难以深入企业内部、难以实际接触企业财经类管理岗位的困扰;激发学生的创新创业意识和学习的积极性,提高创新创业人才培养的效率。In recent years,the employment mode of college students has shown a diversified pattern.Many new opportunities and positions created by the market need talents with innovative and entrepreneurial qualities to grasp and competence.At present,the basic contradiction to be solved in higher vocational education is the structural contradiction between the insufficient supply of innovative talents and the vigorous demand of industry for innovation.Based on the VBSE virtual business environment platform of HZ College,this study proposes a“role simulation and cooperation”model,which enables students to train through task-driven and roleplaying methods,in order to solve the problem that the traditional financial courses is difficult to penetrate into the enterprise,and it is difficult to actually touch the financial management positions of enterprises.Stimulate students’awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship and enthusiasm for learning,and improve the efficiency of innovation and entrepreneurship training.
