摘 要:目的探讨3D打印在肿瘤放射治疗临床教学中的应用效果观察。方法选择从2016年6月—2017年6月加入肿瘤放射治疗临床教学学员100名作为研究对象。按照数字随机的方式进行分组,将其分为两组,每组各50名。对照组实施传统教学模式,研究组实施3D打印教学模式。比较分析两组理论考核成绩、病例分析成绩以及综合能力自我评分。结果研究组的理论考核成绩[(43.50±2.90)分]高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组的病例分析成绩[(43.45±3.15)分]高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组的综合能力自我评分[学习效率评分为(8.70±1.68)分,学习兴趣评分为(8.60±1.26)分,理解能力评分为(7.95±1.65)分,分析解决力评分为(9.10±1.03)分,交流和表达能力评分为(8.20±1.23)分,团队合作能力评分为(8.25±1.45)分]高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在肿瘤放射治疗临床教学中应用3D打印教学模式的效果显著。Objective To investigate the application of 3D printing in clinical teaching of tumor radiotherapy.Methods 100 clinical trainees of oncology radiotherapy from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected as subjects of study.Groups were randomly divided into two groups, 50 clinical trainees in each group.The control group implemented the traditional teaching mode.The research group implemented the teaching mode of 3D printing.The scores of theoretical assessment,case analysis and self-evaluation of comprehensive ability were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The theoretical assessment score of the study group [(43.50±2.90) points] was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).The results of case analysis in the study group [(43.45±3.15) points] were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The comprehensive ability self-rating [learning efficiency score (8.70±1.68) points,learning interest score (8.60±1.26) points,understanding ability score (7.95±1.65) points,analytical solving ability score (9.10±1.03) points,communication and expression ability score (8.20±1.23) points, team cooperation ability score (8.25±1.45) points of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 3D printing in clinical teaching of tumor radiotherapy is effective.
