摘　　要：高职领域产学研联盟PPP模式及其机制建设内在的关联性,彰显了其现实价值。"两个‘四个合作’"的有机衔接构成高职院校可持续发展重要支撑。该建设作为项目发起、运营、监管、退出等制度建设,要着力进行产权架构、商业模式、退出通道的设计安排。The intrinsic relevance of the PPP model of the industry-university-research alliance in higher vocational education and its mechanism construction highlights its practical value. The organic connection of the two 'four cooperations' constitutes an important support for the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges. As the project construction, operation, supervision, exit and other system construction, the construction should focus on the design of property rights structure, business model and exit channel.
