摘 要:近年来,跟岗培训作为一种实践取向的培训模式,深受广大中小学教师的青睐。在甘肃省庆阳市农村小规模学校全科教师培训项目中,跟岗培训占培训总课时的37. 5%,提高跟岗培训效能意义重大。跟岗培训采用的策略主要包括:遴选跟岗学校,制定精准化、个性化的跟岗培训方案;科学组织跟岗培训,提升跟岗培训效果;采取有效跟踪指导措施,助推教师全面发展。On-the-job training which is a practice-oriented training mode has been favored by the primary and secondary school teachers in recent years.In the training program for general practice teachers of small-scale rural schools in Qingyang City,Gansu Province,on-the-job training accounts for 37.5%of the total class hours,so it is of great significance to improve on-the-job training efficiency.Its strategies mainly include:selecting on-the-job training schools and formulating accurate and personalized training programs;organizing the training scientifically to improve its efficacy;taking effective follow-up and guidance measures to help teachers overall development.
