摘　　要：文章重点探讨了如何在"现代学徒制"人才培养模式下,通过学校和企业共同研究、精心设计、科学规划实践课程、教学内容及考评方式来提高学生的创新能力的问题。并以机电一体化技术专业为例,结合国家、省、行业和学校的各类创新创业职业技能大赛,有针对性的提出实践课程进程表及"多方参与、评在成果、重在应用"的考核评价机制,为提升学生创新、创业能力和人才培养质量提供一个方法和参考。This paper focuses on how to improve students'innovative ability through joint research,careful design,scientific planning of practical courses,teaching content and evaluation methods of schools and enterprises under the"modern apprenticeship"talent training mode.Taking the specialty of mechatronics technology as an example,combining with various kinds of professional skills competitions of innovation and entrepreneurship in our country,province,industry and school,this paper puts forward the practical curriculum schedule and the evaluation mechanism of"multi-participation,evaluation in achievement,emphasis on application",To provide a method and reference for improving students'innovation,entrepreneurship and talent training quality.
