摘　　要：职业教育在发达国家起步较早,发达国家对于职业教育的重视,以及其较为完善和成熟的管理体制,使得职业教育在发达国家拥有良好的发展环境。通过对发达国家职业教育管理体制和我国职业教育管理体制的对比分析,结合我国实际国情,提出完善和优化我国职业教育管理体制的启示和策略。Vocational education started early in developed countries. The emphasis on vocational education and its relatively complete and mature management system make vocational education have a good development environment in developed countries. Through the comparative analysis of the vocational education management system between developed countries and China, combined with the actual national conditions of China, this paper puts forward some enlightenment and strategies for perfecting and optimizing the management system of vocational education in China.
