摘　　要：随着医学的不断发展,以3DP、3DV为代表的数字医学正在不断为外科临床教学与诊疗带来新思路。笔者结合国内外文献,从3DP、3DV技术在肝脏外科的临床教学、手术、医患沟通等角度,叙述目前应用进展、不足和展望。数字医学与智能化诊疗理念的不断引入与更新,必将推动肝脏外科的发展。With the continuous progress of medicine,digital medicine represented by 3DP and 3DV is constantly bringing new ideas for surgical clinical teaching and diagnosis.The author combines domestic and foreign literatures to describe the current application progress,shortcomings and prospects from 3DP and 3DV technologies in the clinical teaching,surgery,and doctor-patient communication of liver surgery.The continuous introduction and renewal of digital medicine and intelligent diagnosis and treatment concepts will definitely promote the development of liver surgery.
