摘　　要：烟台市莱山区清真餐饮业是莱山区餐饮业的重要组成部分和烟台市经济中的特色产业,对于促进少数民族与汉族的和睦相处,提高回族群众的生活质量,增进民族间的团结进步,打造新型和谐社会有着重要的现实意义。The Muslim catering industry in Laishan of Yantai is an important part of the catering industry in Laishan and a characteristic industry in the economy of Yantai. It is of great practical significance to promote harmonious coexistence between ethnic minorities and Han people, to improve the quality of life of Hui people, to promote unity and progress among ethnic groups, and to build a new harmonious society.
