摘　　要：环境微生物学是一门具有较强实用性和适用性的学科。开放式实验项目的实施不仅使学生掌握基本的实验技能,更重要的是,能够激发和调动学生对课程的实验兴趣和研究热情。它不仅提高了学生的科研素质和实践能力,而且增强了师生之间的沟通和理解。同时,它拓宽了学生的视野,增强了学生的创新意识,提高了学生分析和解决问题的能力。Environmental microbiology is a subject with strong practicality and applicability. The implementation of the open experiment project not only enables students to master basic experimental skills, but also, more importantly, can stimulate and mobilize students ’interest and research enthusiasm for the curriculum. It not only improves the students ’scientific research quality and practical ability, but also enhances the communication and understanding between teachers and students. At the same time, it broadens students ’vision, enhances students’ sense of innovation, and improves students ’ability to analyze and solve problems.
