公立医院视角下异地就医即时结算现状及建议

摘　　要：随着流动人口总量的持续增长,异地就医需求也日益提高。在全国推进医保信息联网,实现异地就医住院费用即时结算为大势所趋。笔者基于公立医院视角,通过描述我国异地就医即时结算的现状及存在的问题,提出有针对性的建议。With the continuous growth of the floating population,the demand for medical services in other places is also increasing.It is an irresistible trend to promote nationwide network of medical insurance information and realize the instant settlement of out-of-town hospitalization expenses.Based on the perspective of public hospitals,the author describes the current situation and existing problems of the instant settlement of off-site medical treatment in China and puts forward targeted suggestions.
