碳税规制下部分延期支付策略对供应链网络均衡的影响

摘　　要：本文在碳税规制背景下,构建了基于现金支付策略和基于部分延期支付策略的供应链网络均衡模型,在此基础上通过算例分析碳税税率变化对网络均衡的影响规律,并进一步分析相对于现金支付策略,部分延期支付策略对供应链网络均衡状态下企业利润的影响规律,认为在碳税规制下,部分延期支付策略能够增加供应链网络整体利润,提升供应链网络竞争力。最后,提出了通过进技术设备来主动降低碳排放、建立供应链企业动态信用风险评价机制、构建并不断完善供应链碳减排融资系统等建议。Under the carbon tax regulation,this paper constructs a supply chain network equilibrium model based on cash payment strategy and partial deferred payment strategy,and on this basis,analyzes the influence of carbon tax rate change on network equilibrium.With the respect to the cash payment strategy,it makes a further analysis on the effect of partial deferred payment strategy on enterprises'profit under the equilibrium state of the supply chain network.It is considered that under the carbon tax regulation,partial deferred payment strategy can increase the overall profit of the supply chain network and enhance the competitiveness of the supply chain network.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to improve the technology and equipment to actively reduce carbon emissions,construct a dynamic credit risk evaluation mechanism of supply chain enterprises,and construct and continuously improve the financing system of carbon emission reduction in supply chain.
