摘  要:提高医学教师教学能力是医学院校教师发展中心的核心任务。该研究针对当今医学院校教师的特点和国际医学教育最新发展趋势,设计提高医学教师教学能力的培训项目,并在培训后即刻及半年后收集教师对培训项目的评价。评价结果显示教师对培训的满意度是100%。六个月后再次评价,参加者认为培训工作坊可以提升教学能力,成果导向学习目标、互联网+和团队为基础的学习等是参加者认为对教学最有帮助的项目。该研究为国内医学院校教师发展中心制订教师教学能力培训方案提供实证研究。The important role for the Center for Faculty Development (CFD) is improving teaching.The current study focused on the design and evaluation of teaching skills workshops for medical teachers.CFD of Shantou University Medical College (SUMC) designed the training program for medical teachers based on the teachers’ needs and the modern medical education theory.The faculty’ evaluation of the program was collected immediately after each workshop and 6 months later.All the participants were satisfied with the program;they gave positive feedback on the effectiveness of each workshop and suggestions on the arrangement of the program and other aspects.The study provided the references for CFD plans to develop training programs for medical teachers in China.
