摘　　要：报告1例婴儿纤维性错构瘤。患儿男,9个月,出生时发现右下肢屈侧一处暗红色斑块,无特殊不适,逐渐长大并增多。皮肤科检查:右小腿屈侧腘窝下可见2处暗红色斑块,表面光滑,靠近腘窝处皮损明显突出皮面,其上可见数根毛发,质韧,无触痛。皮损组织病理检查示真皮和皮下组织中有3种成分组成交叉排列,表现为成熟脂肪、致密呈束状排列的成纤维细胞,疏松间质中漩涡状排列的小圆形原始间叶细胞。诊断:婴儿纤维性错构瘤。行外科手术切除全部病灶,远期疗效随访中。A-nine-month old boy had had asymptomatic, dark red plaque on the right lower limb since birth. The lesion grew gradually. Histological examination indicated the tumor consisting of mature adipose tissue, fibroblasts densely arranged in cord-like pattern, and small, round primitive mesenchymal cells in swirling pattern. The final diagnosis was Fibrous Hamartoma of Infancy(FHI). Surgical excision was performed, and patient was under long term followed-up.
