木桶原理对中学竞技篮球运动的启示

摘　　要：竞技篮球运动是一项对抗性较强的团体运动,对运动员的身体素质和篮球专业技能都有很高的要求。除此之外,团队精神和团队合作是竞技篮球运动的基本要求和运动准则,也是提升球队战斗实力和竞技水平的关键因素。本文运用木桶原理,对中学竞技篮球队员的整体素质、团队合作以及教练执教水平等方面进行分析,进而得出一系列的启示。Basketball is a team sport with strong antagonism. It has high requirements for athletes' physical quality and basketball Professional skills. Except this;team spirit and teamwork are the basic requirements and sports guidelines of basketball. They are the key elements to enhance the team f ighting strengthand level as well. Based on the principle of barrel, this paper analyzes the overall quality, teamwork of competitive basketball players and coaching level in middle schools,and then draws a series of inspirations.
