摘　　要：目的探讨Bmal1、eIF4E基因在儿童急性淋巴细胞性白血病中的表达情况并对其临床意义进行分析。方法选取2016年1月～2017年8月我院收治30例初诊急性淋巴细胞性白血病患儿作为研究组,,选择健康儿童30例作为对照组,分别检测研究组患儿化疗前、化疗后与对照组健康儿童之间的Bmal1、eIF4E基因表达水平,并比较其差异。结果研究组化疗前外周血Bmal1、eIF4E基因表达水平高于化疗后(P<0.05),研究组化疗前外周血Bmal1、eIF4E基因表达水平高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组化疗后外周血Bmal1、eIF4E基因表达水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论儿童急性淋巴细胞性白血病初筛排查中,外周血Bmal1、eIF4E基因指标特异性较明显,可作为相关性指标进行白血病初筛,另外因化疗对Bmal1、eIF4E基因水平影响效果明显,也可作为治疗效果观察指标在临床中使用。Objective To investigate the expression of Bmal1 and eIF4E genes in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia and to analyze the clinical significance of their use. Methods From January 2016 to August 2017,30 children with newly diagnosed acute lymphoblastic leukemia were enrolled in our hospital as the study group. 30 healthy children were selected as the control group. The children in the study group were tested before chemotherapy,after chemotherapy and after control. The expression levels of Bmal1 and eIF4E genes in healthy children were compared and compared. Results The expression levels of Bmal1 and eIF4E in peripheral blood of the study group were higher than those after chemotherapy ( P < 0. 05). The expression levels of Bmal1 and eIF4E in peripheral blood of the study group were higher than those in the control group before chemotherapy ( P < 0. 05). Peripheral blood of the study group after chemotherapy The expression levels of Bmal1 and eIF4E genes were higher than those in the control group ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion In the primary screening of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia,the specific indexes of Bmal1 and eIF4E genes in peripheral blood are more specific,which can be used as a correlation index for leukemia screening. In addition,chemotherapy has obvious effects on Bmal1 and eIF4E gene levels,and it can also be used as a treatment. The effect observation indicators are used in the clinic.
