摘 要:目的了解厦门市售水产品中稀土元素的含量和组成特征,为其风险监测以及相关标准制定提供依据。方法自厦门市6个区农贸市场、超市等地随机采集114份水产动物样品,微波消解后采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定样品中16种稀土元素含量。结果 114份鲜、冻水产动物样品中,除思明区检出率为96.43%外,其余5个区稀土元素检出率均为100.00%。海沧区样品中16种稀土元素平均含量高于其他5个区,4类鲜、冻水产动物样品中,16种稀土元素总量变化大致为鱼类<头足类<甲壳类<双壳类,组成特征均以镧、铈、钕等轻稀土为主,重稀土中钇、钪等元素检出率较高。鱼类、双壳类水产品中稀土元素总量低于本市2003年、2004年研究数据,与2015年监测结果大体一致。结论厦门市售水产品中稀土元素含量较低,但部分地区及种类水产品中稀土元素相对含量较高,建议加强监管力度。Objective To investigate the relevant level and distribution of rare earth elements in aquatic products in Xiamen market, so as to provide a scientific reference for risk monitoring and standard establishment. Methods 114 samples of aquatic products in six districts were randomly collected from wet markets and supermarkets. The concentrations of 16 rare earth elements(REEs) were determined by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) with microwave digestion.Results The detection rate of REEs in aquatic animals collected from Siming district was 96.43%, while other five districts were all 100.00%. The average concentration of 16 REEs in aquatic animals collected from Haicang district was significantly greater than the other five districts. The rank by average contents of 16 REEs in aquatic animals were fish< cephalopods mollusca。
