摘 要:全日制教育硕士研究生的课程学习是否优质高效,很大程度影响着我国中小学教师的综合素养。以小学教育专业为例,基于用人需求视角,着重对教育硕士课程满意度情况展开调查。结果表明,用人单位尤为关注职业道德、学科专业知识和教学实践能力三大素养,教育硕士课程总体满足小学教师的职业需求,在校生与毕业生对具体维度上的课程满意度存有差异。优化课程结构并丰富课程门类,加强实践教学以提高实践能力,活化教学方式以提增教学魅力,则是提升全日制小学教育硕士课程满意度的有效举措。Whether full-time Master of Education students’ curriculum learning is efficient highly determines the quality of basic education teachers. Taking the field of primary education as an example, based on the perspective of employment needs, this paper focuses on investigating the course learning satisfaction of Master of Education students. The results show that professional ethics, subject expertise and teaching practice ability are the teachers’ qualities that employers pay special attention to. The curriculum of Master of Education students satisfies the professional needs of primary school teachers well. There are some differences between students and graduates in curriculum satisfaction on specific dimensions. However, there are still some problems to be improved urgently, including optimizing curriculum structure, highlighting practical courses and practical teaching to improve practical ability, and promoting dynamic classroom and charm teaching.
