摘  要:针对传统温度仪表存在测量精度低、传输距离远以及非智能等缺点,设计了一种一体化智能温度变送系统。该系统以STM32F103为主控制器,以XTR108为温度检测处理核心,采用陶瓷Pt100铂热电阻作为温度传感器,利用STM32F103内部的A/D转换器实现温度数据的采集,通过WiFi方式实现数据的传输,系统还预留标准4~20mA标准电流接口供其他工业仪表使用。实际测试结果表明,系统测量的相对误差小于0.05%,可实现测量结果无线传输的功能,具有测量精度高、传输便捷等优点。Aiming at the disadvantages of traditional temperature instruments have such as low measurement accuracy,long transmission distance and non-intelligence,an integrated intelligent temperature transmission system was designed.The system took STM32F103 as the main controller and XTR108 as the core of temperature detection and processing.Ceramic PT100 platinum thermistor was used as the temperature sensor.The internal A/D converter of STM32F103 was used to collect temperature data and transmit data through WiFi.The system also reserved standard 4~20 mA current interface for other industrial instruments.The actual test results show that the measurement error of the system is less than 0.05%,which can realize the wireless transmission of the measured results with the advantages of high measurement accuracy and convenient transmission.
