摘  要:从双因素理论的视角出发,在对黄山学院酒店管理(中法)专业"边学边做"实践教学过程特征分析的基础上,确定了管理方式、工作条件、人际关系三个维度10项具体保健因素和个人成长、工作成就感、工作挑战性3个维度7项具体激励因素,通过问卷调查的方式对影响酒店管理(中法)专业学生实践教学满意度的因素进行实证分析。结果表明,学生对实践教学的总体满意度比较好,满意度影响因素的指标值因年龄和性别的不同有所差异,影响学生满意度的激励因素是未来实践教学管理的重点所在。This paper aims to investigate the satisfaction of the internship(learning by doing)stu.dents majoring in Hospitality Management(Chinese-French Program)from the perspective of the Two-Fac.tor Theory.For the research,three dimensions in management method,working condition and interpersonal relation for the health care factors with ten specific indexes and three dimensions in personal growth,job achievement and job challenge for the incentive factors with seven specific indexes were determined.And then,a questionnaire survey has been conducted to find out the influential factors toward students’satis.faction during the practical teaching of hospitality management majors.The results show that students'overall satisfaction with practical teaching is comparatively good.The index values of the factors influenc.ing satisfaction vary with age and gender.The motivation factors affecting student satisfaction are the key point for future practical teaching management.Based on this,the paper puts forward corresponding coun.termeasures and suggestions.
